Swipe America LLC is a direct business lender providing various funding solutions, including but not limited to:

All funding is subject to approval based on creditworthiness, business performance, and other underwriting criteria determined by Swipe America LLC.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To apply for funding, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have legal authority to bind your business to a financing agreement
Operate a legitimate business registered in the United States
Provide accurate and complete information in your application

4. Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, verify information provided, and decline applications at our sole discretion. Application processing times vary, but we strive to provide decisions within 24-48 hours.

5. Loan Terms & Repayment

If your application is approved, the specific terms of your funding agreement—including principal amount, repayment schedule, fees, and interest rates—will be outlined in a separate financing agreement that you must sign before funds are disbursed.

You agree to repay the full amount owed according to the terms specified in your financing agreement. Failure to repay may result in:

Late fees and penalties
Negative reporting to credit bureaus
Collection actions, including legal proceedings
Loss of collateral (if applicable)

6. SMS Terms & Conditions

Text Message Program Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Swipe America LLC, the following terms apply:

Consent: By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Swipe America LLC sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). These messages may include funding offers, application updates, promotional campaigns, and information about our financial products and services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on your activity, preferences, and ongoing promotions.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Swipe America LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

No Purchase Condition: Consent is NOT a condition of purchase. You can apply for and receive funding without opting in to SMS communications. Your application will be processed the same way regardless of your SMS opt-in status.

7. Intellectual Property
